Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bali MMA. We are committed to delivering the best possible experience—whether you’re here for world-class training or shopping for quality merchandise. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Policy

All purchases made through our website, physical location, or official payment links are considered final unless otherwise stated below. By completing a transaction, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Drop-in Classes and Day Passes

All drop-in classes, single-day, or multi-day passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance.
Please confirm your schedule prior to booking to avoid inconvenience.

3. Memberships

Once activated, all membership plans (weekly, monthly, or yearly) are non-refundable.
Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or extended, unless due to medical reasons with valid documentation.
Refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of management but are not guaranteed.

4. Camps and Special Events

For training camps, seminars, and special events:

  • Cancellations at least 14 days before start date: 50% refund (processing fee may apply).

  • Cancellations within 14 days of start date: Non-refundable.

  • No-shows or early departures: No refunds.

5. Merchandise and Retail Products (Shop Purchases)

We want you to be happy with your purchase. For merchandise bought from our shop (including apparel, gear, and accessories):

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Items purchased on sale, discounted items, or digital products (e.g. training videos, e-books) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • For hygiene reasons, mouthguards, hand wraps, and similar items are not eligible for return even if unused.

  • No refunds will be provided if the order error is caused by the customer (e.g., wrong size, color, quantity, or product choice). Exchanges may be considered only if stock is available, with all shipping costs borne by the customer.

  • Bali MMA reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.

6. Online Merchandise Orders

If you purchased merchandise online and it arrives damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 3 days of receiving the item by emailing balimmaoffice@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photo evidence.
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on stock availability and circumstances.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
No refunds will be issued if the mistake in ordering was made by the customer (such as selecting the wrong product, size, or quantity).

Address Change Policy:
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed under any circumstances.
Any attempt to redirect or modify the destination address after shipment may result in additional carrier fees, which are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Bali MMA will not be liable for such charges or any delivery delays arising from unauthorized address changes.


Bali MMA reserves the right to reject any refund or compensation claim related to address modification requests made after shipment dispatch.

7. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Transaction and administrative fees are non-refundable.

8. Force Majeure

Bali MMA is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health crises. In such cases, we may offer credits or alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee refunds.
