What Is Muay Thai?

Muay Thai combines punches, kicks, elbows, and knees as well as clinching and sweeps. In our classes you’ll practice and refine these techniques through pad work, bag work, partner drills and in live sparring. You’ll also receive one-on-one padwork with a professional fighter during our daily Muay Thai Padwork classes. If you’re looking for quality Muay Thai in Bali, look no further.

Explosive Strength & Pure Technique

In order to become a great Nak Muay, you'll have to be a complete fighter. Cardio, strength, speed, technique and determination: everything is essential. A tough balance to create, improve and polish. Find your own way to contain and break your boundaries. Day after day, year after year, repeat the strikes, the sequences, the movements. Get back to the basics. Perfect your moves, work on tiny details. When you have mastered your game, restart from the beginning. There's no end in the Muay Thai journey.

Less Talking, More Doing

In Muay Thai, there are no excuses. Don't talk, don't avoid the challenge - do it. Get to work. Train. Sweat. In the ring, there is no time to speak: so face your opponent and act. Muay Thai is a way of life. It's a mindset, a way to be the star of your life, not a spectator. You want to be the best? Do what is necessary. You want greatness? Be brave and shape it. Fight for it. Be bold and committed. Be a winner, not a talker. Muay Thai is about evolving. It's about challenging yourself. Changing your physical shape but also your state of mind: turn yourself into a real warrior. Muay Thai isn't about dreaming of something. Choose your goal, visualise it, train for it and make it happen.
